A new construction project is being developed not far from the centre of Chiusa. It includes two buildings: the renovated and listed old winery with 10 residential units and a new building with 11 apartments. The new construction offers living comfort for families, individuals and investors alike. All properties are intended for local residents. However, the apartments can be bought out of this convention by paying a surcharge of 300 € per square metre of sales area, which also makes them attractive as a holiday resort or investment. The building will, of course, be constructed in an energy-efficient and ecological manner in accordance with the ‘A-Nature’ CasaClima guidelines. Each residential unit has a spacious cellar, and a garage parking space can be purchased as an option.
